Enjoy an unforgettable meal comprised of three carefully curated pairings expertly prepared by Chef Richard Hattaway and served with three of our Spring Release wines. Our featured pairing menu for this event includes:
2021 Sémillon
Paired with shaved vegetable salad, lemon vinaigrette, fresh parmesan
2021 Cabernet Franc Rosé
Paired with house cured salmon tartine, burnt shallot cream cheese, arugula, fresh herbs
2020 Walla Walla Valley Syrah
Paired with smoked pork & scallion waffle, tobacco onions, bbq mustard cream
