Warmly hosted by our hospitality team, this thoughtfully curated dinner is dedicated to our surrounding community and the seasonal ingredients that beautifully complement our wines.
We are equally thrilled to welcome acclaimed Chef Lee Desrosiers, recently celebrated in Sonoma Magazine for his elemental, live-fire cooking. Known for a stripped-down, farm-to-table ethos that lets ingredients speak for themselves, Chef Lee will prepare a multi-course menu centered around local purveyors. Enjoy his thoughtfully crafted dishes paired with our limited-release wines, highlighting our expressive winemaking. Among the wines poured will be our 2021 Collage Proprietary Red, the recent winner of the red wine category at the 2026 Judgment of Napa.
