Apothecary is an avant-garde cocktail lounge. Utilizing new techniques and tools like centrifuges, liquid nitrogen, sous vide, and pyrolysis we aim to challenge your palate and even your assumptions about cocktails. Expect cocktails that numb your tongue, have an octopus tentacle, or made from pasta sauce. We also carry beers, a curated wine list, and non-alcoholic drinks.
