Beach BBQ | Collaboration with Ashley Christensen & Jordan Rubin | 2023
We are excited to welcome James Beard Award-winning chef Ashley Christensen from North Carolina & Jordan Rubin from Mr. Tuna, Bar Futo & Crispy Gai in Portland, Maine for a BBQ throwdown on our beach here at Aragosta. From classic southern BBQ to Asian-inspired delicacies, it will be an afternoon full of food & beverage followed by live music as the sun goes down!
Tickets for this event are inclusive of all of the food offerings for the evening. Additionally, beverages will be available for purchase at both the beach bar & deck bar that evening. Appetizers will begin at 4pm on the deck with entrees served on our lawn overlooking the cove each hour between 5pm & 8pm. We can't wait to share the incredible collaborative BBQ dishes with you here at Aragosta!
