~First Course Starter~
Bacon wrapped dates stuffed with gruyere cheese
~Second Course Appetizer ~
Seared sea scallops served resting in a pool of roasted garlic cream sauce. Garnished with bull’s blood micro greens and scallion curls.
~ Third Course ~
Mixed green salad topped with shredded carrots, chopped English cucumbers, dried Bing cherries, slices of watermelon radish and slices of Szechuan cranberry glazed smoked Duck breast. Drizzled with a pear vinaigrette.
~ Fourth Course ~
Blueberry glazed lamb shank served on a bed of charred radicchio drizzled with a lemon caper vinaigrette with a side of maple thyme glazed roasted rainbow carrots and parsnips.
~ Fifth Course Dessert ~
A Granny smith apple and smoked cheddar turnover topped with a bacon brown sugar crumble and drizzled with whipped feta cheese.
