in honor of international women's day, avec river north will be hosting "Women in Wine," a 5-course wine dinner on tuesday, march 8.
"Women in Wine" is a celebration of female winemakers and the women behind the plate and glass. a portion of ticket sales will benefit The Abundance Setting, a non-profit organization who's mission is to serve mothers in the culinary industry.
each dish has been thoughtfully paired with a different female winemaker's wine including Ntsiki Biyela, Anne Pichon, Joana Maçanita, Elisabetta Fagiuoli, and Marilena Barbera.
