Italy has a long tradition of Easter celebrations with a large number of delicious specialties. At Bello, we have decided to recreate a meal with some of these specialties. They are some of my favorite foods from growing up and we are excited to share them with you.

Casatiello: Traditional Southern Italian “Easter Pie” made with Assorted Cheeses & Salumi
Sweet Polenta, Wood Roasted Strawberries, Nutmeg & Vanilla Butter
“Capretto Cacio e Uova:” Braised Lamb, Egg, Pecorino, Toasted Focaccia, Lemon Rosemary Emulsion
Uova al Granchio, Dungeness Crab, Roasted Tomato & Shellfish Hollandaise, Semolina “Biscuit”, Slow Egg
Afterwards: Chocolate Truffles
