As a response to customer demand, Bello is serving a 7 course, fine dining, vegetarian dinner on Tuesday, November 16 from 6-9 PM. We are incredibly excited to bring world class vegetarian food to Bello to allow our vegetarian customers to enjoy a special dinner.
While OC now has more vegetarian dining options than ever before, there are still not many restaurants serving fine dining meals. Bello is travelling to what we believe to be the best farm in America (Chino Farms).
We’d like to do more of these if there is interest so if you know any vegetarians who love food, please help us spread the word.

4: Lacto Fermented Beet Tartare, Buckwheat Pasta, Beemster, Marcona Almond, Nettle Puree
5: Slow Roasted Radish, Turnip Cream, Chestnut Puree
6: Wood Grilled Celery Root, Carrot & Yeast Jus
7: Hazelnut Semifreddo, Chocolate Cremiex, Hazelnut Praline, Burnt Honey
Substitutions are politely declined for special event dinners as the kitchen cannot accommodate custom orders with so many plates. Some dishes may change based on availability of ingredients.
Tickets are $85 per person and can be reserved on Tock. An optional wine pairing is $65 per person.
Sales tax and 18% gratuity will be billed at the time of reservation.
