The Vineyard Table celebrates an exciting new chapter of food and wine experiences at the vineyard. This harvest season will be full of brand-new wines, delicious meals, and gathering around the table with friends and family.
Join us on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM for a three-course menu crafted by Chef Tony and his team, designed to highlight seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and showcase the best of Maryland’s bounty. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a Black Ankle wine.
JUNE MENU
1st Course:
Scallops and strawberry served with the 2023 Chardonnay
2nd Course
Braised Pork Belly served with white bean cassoulet with the 2024 Merlot Rosé
3rd Course
Blueberry Babka with fresh blueberries and a lemon creme anglaise served with 2023 Phyllite
