The Vineyard Table celebrates an exciting new chapter of food and wine experiences at the vineyard. This harvest season will be full of brand-new wines, delicious meals, and gathering around the table with friends and family.
Join us on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM for a three-course menu crafted by Chef Tony and his team, designed to highlight seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and showcase the best of Maryland’s bounty. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a Black Ankle wine.
JULY MENU
1st course
Yellowfin tuna with heirloom tomatoes and pickled guindilla peppers paired with 2023 Barrel-Fermented Gruner Veltliner
2nd course
Fried chicken cutlet with house made pomodoro sauce and parmesano reggiano paired with 2023 Passeggiata
3rd Course
Watermelon, fresno chili and garlic granita served with vanilla ice cream and 2024 Syrah Rosé
