On July 26th, we welcome Chef Jake Gagne of Le Comptoir de Vin to the estate for an intimate, multi-course dinner designed to reflect both his culinary point of view and the peak of summer flavors. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with Black Ankle wines, highlighting the connection between vineyard and kitchen.
These evenings are meant to feel personal. Imagine Shared stories, beautifully crafted plates, and wines poured with intention. It’s a chance to slow down, gather, and experience what happens when a visiting chef meets the vineyard.
Seating is limited to preserve the intimacy of the evening. We look forward to welcoming you to the table.
