The mission at Blackbelly is that food will always start with seasonal, local Colorado-grown ingredients, and pasture raised, sustainable animals. In addition to the full service restaurant, next door you will find Boulder's only whole animal, artisanal butcher shop that also offers delicious sandwiches & prepared foods to eat in or take out.

Reservations are available for dinner in our dining rooms and chef's counter.

It is our mission to ensure fair wages for all members of our team. Therefore, a 7% kitchen surcharge is added to guest checks. This is not a tip but rather a surcharge that is distributed through a wage pooling system to our hourly kitchen staff. Please note that all other tips and gratuities are distributed to our hourly service staff through a tip pooling system.
