Led by our wine expert, Chris Richard along with Executive Chef Bellec, this class will provide a unique opportunity to learn about the basic principles of aromatics and wine pairing, including the importance of matching the intensity and flavor profile of the wine with the dish. We will also discuss the role of acidity, tannins, and sweetness in wine and how they can complement or contrast with different types of foods.
To enhance your learning experience, we will provide you with a variety of food bites to taste with each wine, so that you can experience firsthand how the flavors of wine and food interact. As you sip and savor, our team will guide you through the nuances of each wine, sharing the history and winemaking techniques behind each bottle.
