Canlis is a contemporary American restaurant in Seattle perched on the edge of Queen Anne hill. The restaurant is run by third-generation family owners, Mark and Brian Canlis. Chef Brady Williams' four-course dinner allows guests to choose their own way through a seasonally inspired menu. The building's mid-century architecture affords the dining room and private dining suites expansive views of Lake Union and the Cascade mountains.
