Cassava Sake Dinner Series #1: Different Brewing Method & Polishing Grade
Join Yuka Ioroi, Certified Sake Specialist and Beverage Director of Cassava and Jesse Pugach, Sake Educator and distributor of Fifth Taste for a sake dinner experience that focuses on learning practical tips you can use to purchase sake at stores or order at restaurants with confidence.
The event will feature four sakes from two breweries, pairing with four dishes by Kristoffer Toliao, Executive Chef of Cassava. The very first event will explore different brewing methods and rice polishing grades.
As this is a special event, we are only inviting guests who do not have any major dietary restrictions including dairy, gluten, nuts and stone fruits. The course will include animal protein.
