Flock & Forage was created from a simple belief that you should know where your food comes from- who grows it, how it’s raised, and why it matters.
We source all of our ingredients with intention, from local farmers, small business owners and within 150 miles of Chicago. Every menu is shaped by the season- highlighting what’s the freshest, most vibrant, and most nourishing at that moment in time.
Our gatherings are designed to do more than feed you; they are meant to reconnect you- to your food, to the land, and to one another. Throughout these dinners, we also hope to empower our community with knowledge like where to shop locally, how to support small farms, and why choosing seasonal ingredients makes a difference.
