Join us for a luncheon prepared especially for herb gardeners. The three-course menu, as well as the non-alcoholic and cocktail options at the bar, will feature herbs grown in the gardens at Colby Hill Inn. A cash bar will be provided for wine, beer and cocktails beginning at 12:00 pm. The team at Colby Hill Inn is delighted to share about our driving mission to be one of the region's leading farm-to-table restaurants. he Innkeeper will discuss how we use our Bartender's Garden for signature drinks. Chef Bruce Barnes will also provide an overview on cooking with herbs. Master Gardener Sachiko Howard will provide a tour of our gardens after lunch.
