Punch needle, also known as rug hooking, is as fun as it is easy, and is often used to create beautifully textured pillows, coasters, rugs, and more. Once you’ve learned the basics, you’ll create your own unique punch needle wall hanging in no time. Choose from our on-trend templates or get creative making your own design.
In this 3-hour beginner friendly class you will learn:
- The basics of punch needle, its history, and beginner punch needle techniques
- How to work with multiple colors and change yarn
- How to finish your punch needle project with a polished look through the addition of a yarn border
Participants will go home with their own 6-inch handmade wall hanging, punch needle, and all the knowledge for your future punch needle crafts.
The class includes premium label wine from Rodney Strong Vineyards and food from Appellation Co-Founder, Chef Charlie Palmer.
