Abraham is the chef and owner of the Salum and Komali restaurants in Dallas and we’re thrilled to welcome him to our Sunday Supper Series. After growing up in Mexico City, Abraham moved to the United States to attend the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. He’s had the honor of cooking at the famous James Beard House in New York City twice, as well as culinary festivals and events like Prazeres da Mesa in Brazil, and the Punta Mita Gourmet & Golf Classic and Mayakoba Masters of Food in Mexico.
Join us at the table with a menu reflecting Chef Abraham’s take on seasonal New American and contemporary Mexican cuisine. There will be a reception at 6:30 PM with a beverage offered upon arrival. Additional beverages during the meal will be extra.
