We opened Daddy Bao in honour of Mr Bao Peckham's dad, who ran his own restaurant for 32 years. He's given us so much inspiration over the years; we've even brewed him his own beer! We hope you get a feel for his style in Daddy Bao, and we look forward to welcoming you into our restaurant.
