For guests who have completed our Beginner Sushi Workshop, we are offering the Advanced Sushi Workshop.
In this next-level class, you'll learn:
- A quick review of how to make regular rolls (from the Beginner Class)
- How to make nigiri including how to make sushi rice
- How to prepare sashimi (how to slice fish)
- Sushi to eat & a glass of Dassai Blue Type 35
This is the second level of our Sushi Mastery Program. We offer three classes to complete the certification.
