One night, 100 seats, and an Argentine asado cooked over open fire right in front of you. $150 per person, all inclusive with dinner and three pours of estate wine. Asado for Two: $300 with a bottle to take home, through Friday, Nov 6. 21+.
In Argentina, the asado is more than a meal. It’s a gathering around the fire, where friends stand close to the flames, glass in hand, waiting for the next cut. For one night only, we’re bringing that tradition to the Pavilion at Doghobble Wine Farm, with just 100 seats.
The chefs of We AR Gourmet will work the parrilla in front of you, serving dinner the traditional way, from the first bite to the final cut. The evening opens with charcuterie, warm empanadas, and chorizo and pork secreto skewers hot off the grill. Then four classic Argentine cuts come off the fire one after another: vacío, entraña, bife de chorizo and ojo de bife. They’re served with fresh salads, bread and cheese, house chimichurri and salsa criolla. A dessert table of mini cheesecakes, dessert cups and macarons closes the night.
Your ticket includes:
A full Argentine asado dinner by We AR Gourmet

Asado for Two: dinner, wine, and a bottle to take home. Book two tickets for $300 and take home a bottle of Doghobble estate wine. Available through Friday, November 6.
