As Nostrana turns 20 and Jacques Pépin turns 90, we’re honored to be one of just 90 restaurants worldwide hosting a Jacques Pépin Foundation Tribute Dinner—an evening celebrating legacy, mentorship, and the joy of the table.
At the center of it all: Cathy Whims, six-time James Beard finalist and author of The Italian Summer Kitchen, joined by Executive Chef Bryan Donaldson, Joshua McFadden, and Martha Holmberg (Six Seasons of Pasta). Together, they’ll create a four-course feast inspired by Pépin’s timeless influence and each of their newly minted cookbooks. Each dish, paired with wines from Antica Terra, Cameron Winery, and Beckham Estate, plus spirited touches from Freeland Spirits, Courvoisier, and Grand Marnier.
In the true spirit of Jacques Pépin, this won’t be a dinner you simply attend—it’s one you’ll be part of. Guests will dine, mingle, and share the table with the chefs, winemakers, and authors for a truly immersive, up-close experience celebrating craft, community, and connection.
Our silent auction will feature extraordinary experiences and design treasures — from a $7,000 Roche Bobois sofa to private dinners and exclusive Nostrana event bundles. Plus, try your luck at the Wine Raffle for a chance to take home rare bottles.
Proceeds from tickets are donated to the Jacques Pépin Foundation.
