Think of this as happy hour for cookie lovers! A hands-on, wine-in-hand workshop celebrating the beauty (and joy) of Italian cookies.
Hosted by renounced cookbook author Domenica Marchetti, for her newest release of Italian Cookies, alongside Cathy Whims. This intimate class invites you to step into the process of traditional Italian baking! Simple, tactile, and deeply satisfying.
Each guest will be provided with 4 pre-made doughs from the Italian North, Central, South, and Islands thoughtfully prepared by our pastry chef Cassie Rousseau. With guidance from Domenica and Cathy themselves, you’ll learn how to hand-shape a variety of classic Italian cookies, gaining an understanding of technique, texture, and form along the way.
Once shaped, your cookies will be whisked away to the oven and returned warm for you to enjoy—paired with a glass of wine (or a non-alcoholic option), and a spread of savory snacks: cheeses, cured meats, olives, and more.
We are building a relaxed, convivial evening: part class, part gathering. Designed to leave you with a new repertoire of cookies to share, and maybe a friend or two!

SMALL PRINT: this event is incredible specific and intended to be full room participation exactly as it is curated. No substitutions, exceptions or adjustments can be accommodated. Dietary preferences are politely declined. No regular food menu will be available for purchase. Additional drinks will be available a la carte. The event runs about 3 hours and requires stairs to access the room; there is no elevator.
