One Chef and one Sommelier serve a single omnivorous menu to 12 guests per evening in a relaxed fine-dining environment. Diners arrive between 6:45pm and 7:00pm to receive a selection of canapés followed by the seasonal menu. Everyone is served at the same time, and interaction with the Chef and Sommelier is encouraged as everything is prepared in front of you. The evening tends to wrap up around 11pm.
