For nearly twenty years, Neal Wavra and Jim Law have collaborated on special dinners together, examining the relationship of his wines to place, time and cuisine. On November 12, Jim returns to Field & Main for an evening featuring a comparative seminar exploring three of Linden’s single-vineyard expressions: Avenius Sauvignon Blanc (2022 vs. 2024), Hardscrabble Chardonnay (2019 vs. 2021), and Hardscrabble Red (2014 vs. 2021). Following the seminar, guests will enjoy a bistro inspired four-course dinner paired with Linden’s village-style wines and the very special Avenius Red from the 2020 vintage. Space is limited.
