Executive Chef Dan Martello collaborates with friend and Roam Cafe's Argentine expat Moe Kusminsky for a five course wine dinner celebrating the pairings achievable between viniculture from Alpamanta and the culinary traditions of South America's second-largest country. Expect Argentinian steakhouse traditions alongside Alpamanta's biodynamic and organic malbecs and more.
This event will take place at 6pm with dinner served at 6:30pm on Thursday, April 20th at Jackrabbit Club (40 Anderson Ave, next to Good Luck). Ticket includes five-course dinner, wine pairings, hospitality, and tax. We kindly request that you notify us of any dietary restrictions in advance of the event.
