For one unforgettable evening, Grace Winery and Townsend invite you to escape the everyday and step into the romance of the French countryside.
Set among the rolling vineyards of Grace Winery, this inaugural collaboration is more than a dinner—it's an immersive dining experience inspired by elegant summer gatherings in France. As the sun begins to set, guests will enjoy a golden-hour cocktail reception featuring curated hors d'oeuvres, Grace Winery wines, a signature cocktail created exclusively for the evening, and live music drifting through the vines.
As twilight falls, guests will gather for an intimate four-course dinner celebrating seasonal ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality. Each course will be introduced by the culinary and beverage teams, sharing the inspiration behind every pairing and every plate.
The collaborative menu (see below), created by Chef Townsend, Chef Alex of Townsend, and Chef Dan of Grace Winery, will be paired with exceptional wines selected by Sommelier Emily Newman, Winemaker Andrew Yingst, and Townsend Beverage Director and Master Sommelier Giordana Kostovski.
Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to transport you—from contemporary French cuisine and perfectly paired wines to warm hospitality, breathtaking vineyard views, and unforgettable moments shared around the table.
