Parlor Manager & Operations Director, Will Bryant, along with Danielle and Tiana of Escazú chocolates, have collaborated to create one-of-a-kind tasting. Working side by side, they have developed three cocktail recipes and three matching chocolate confections.
Enjoy three mini cocktails paired with their respective confections, as Will, Danielle and Tiana lead a one-hour tasting and explain the process of developing their specialty recipes! Your ticket also includes take-home goodies and the opportunity to chat more with the trio about their creations.

Meet Will Bryant:
In addition to managing and directing all Parlor operations, Will expertly curates our signature and specialty cocktails. His unmatched passion and creativity ensure unforgettable drinks time after time. If you love our cocktails, you won't want to miss this behind-the-scenes look into his creative process!
Meet the Escazú team:
Escazú is co-owned by Danielle Centeno and Tiana Young. Danielle, with her culinary background, Venezuelan heritage, and passion for bean-to-bar chocolate, co-founded Escazú. Tiana, initially a college student drawn to entrepreneurship and food, started as a patron, then a part-time worker, and eventually became a co-owner. Together, they source Latin American cacao beans and transform them into dark chocolate bars, confections, ice cream, and drinks at their downtown Raleigh factory!
