Wine & Write: Journaling to Find Your Voice and Calm Your Mind
This workshop is led by Grace Aldridge and she will help you develop or strengthen a regular journaling practice. Journaling—the act of writing privately from yourself to yourself—is a tool for cultivating introspection, calming your mind, making decisions, and strengthening your voice.
With the help of prompts and guided exercises, you'll soak up quiet time in the beautiful common spaces of Heights House, drawing inspiration from the historic surroundings while learning strategies for building a journaling habit that will benefit your inner and outer life.
Each ticket includes an individual charcuterie board, two glasses of Italian wine, and writing materials (but feel free to bring your own). Other beverages will be available to purchase at the Parlor bar.
