Cheesemaking demonstration led by Portland cheesemaker, author and founder of Urban Cheesecraft, Claudia Lucero.
An appetizer to nibble on while you learn.
Hands-on, guided stretching of your own burrata and mozzarella.
Closing Q and A and cheese tasting so we can share experiences.
And of course you get to take your cheese creations home for even more tasty fun!
