Every year around this time we host a single dinner more luxurious than what one might normally expect on a farm. We’ll harness the evocative power of winter truffles, Idaho Sturgeon Caviar, Chicories (the transcendent vegetables of winter) and Muscovy Duck that we raise on the farm to deliver a six course menu capable of connecting with the most transcendent qualities of our wines. This year's dinner falls on the winter solstice and presents a very special opportunity to connect with our land on one of the most magical nights of the year.
