Ibiza Food Studio is the mothership, heart and soul behind our restaurant Taller de Tapas, social dining experiences and bespoke events, based on the beautifully authentic Mediterranean island Ibiza.

The seeds of the Food Studio were sown in a small apartment in Copenhagen where friends came together to eat, laugh, talk and share ideas over plates of delicious food.
