Join us for an evening with renowned winemaker, François Villard, in our Solarium on Thursday, June 11th at 6:30pm for an intimate evening exploring the Rhone through the lens and personal perspective of François.
François is widely regarded as one of the defining figures of France’s Northern Rhône renaissance. A self-taught winemaker and first-generation vigneron, Villard began his career not in the vineyard but as a chef before planting his first vines in Condrieu in 1989. Starting from virtually nothing, he gradually built a domaine spanning many of the Northern Rhône’s great appellations, including Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph, Cornas, and Saint-Péray. Celebrated for wines that combine richness with freshness, Villard helped modernize the region’s style while increasingly emphasizing elegance, mineral tension, and terroir expression.
François will be pouring five unique wines from his collection, paired alongside a unique, family style menu curated by our Chef de Cuisine, Chef Nick Vollono. The evening will start with a champagne and canapé reception for guests to mingle and interact with Francois, before sitting down to a multi course meal with the winemaker.
Due to the limited tickets and intimate nature of the evening's dinner, all tickets are final sale and we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.
