Learn how to make sourdough pizza in a casual and romantic setting from Joy Hill Chef Matthew Gagliardi.
In this two hour class, we will feed our sourdough starter, make pizza dough, shape & top pizzas of your design and enjoy them!
You will go home with your own sourdough starter, two dough balls to make pizza at home and the knowledge to make your own sourdough pizza dough.
This class includes a bottle of wine & a snack to enjoy while learning. The class will take about two hours with 30 minutes at the end to sit and enjoy the pizzas that you made.
Each ticket is for two guests.
