Kanji ( 感じ ) means "to feel" and "to sense" in Japanese.

At Kanji Sushi, we are striving to achieve a new height of modern Japanese Cuisine in Brazos Valley with heightened senses and feelings of enjoying the art of Japanese Cuisine.

Simple and calm execution of food with its emphasis on quality of the ingredients will separate our restaurant from the rest.

Reservations are accepted for dates within the next 30 days. We have a 15-minute grace period and everyone in the party must be present in the restaurant in order to be seated. Parties that fail to join us within the 15-minute grace period are considered cancelled. A later time may be offered if the restaurant has the availability but not guaranteed.
