Chef Anthony Gonçalves has spent his career weaving Japanese precision into the soul of Portuguese cooking. This June, he invites two friends — and two of Portugal's most exciting chefs — to his table.
Michele Marques and Ruben Trindade Santos of Mercearia Gadanha and Casa do Gadanha travel from the Alentejo to cook alongside Anthony for one night only. Between them, they bring the deeply rooted, ingredient-driven cooking of one of Portugal's most beloved regions — and together, the three create something you won't find anywhere else.
The evening opens with a cocktail reception and passed hors d'oeuvre, followed by a multi-course dinner paired with curated wines and beverages. Expect prawn curry, Iberian pork with clams and migas, sea bass with razor clam xerém, pastel de nata, maçã e poejos, and doce de ovos with yogurt ice cream.
