Kyōten (kee-oh-ten) is an intimate omakase experience by Chef Otto, serving sushi with bold expression of character grounded in Edomae sushi disciplines of purity, harmony, and balance. Guests will be seated at the sushi bar where they can see Chef create and explain each dish as he uses some of the world's greatest ingredients from Japan and beyond.
