Launching our first evening of the Lazy Bear 2026 Summer Series, we are thrilled to welcome Meghan Zobeck, Opus One's Director of Wine Making for the renowned winery. Her career spans the globe from Chile, harvests in Piedmont, Bordeaux and the Barossa, and settling in Napa at Stag’s Leap, Screaming Eagle, and Burgess, among others. Most recently, Zobeck was named Director of Winemaking at Opus One, where she helps shape the wines from the vineyard through the winery. Somehow, she still finds time for her own project, M.Zobeck wines. Join us for a retrospective of the wines of her career, paired along a menu of summer ingredients in part reverse-paired to Meghan's wines. Wine pairing is included in the price. We'll be pouring some Opus One, Screaming Eagle "The Flight Merlot," Bon Pasteur (Pomerol), Clos Apalta (Chile), and more! Beverage pairing is included in the price.
