Five Course Italian Dinner Paired with Italian Wines
Our Executive Chef, Ralph Estrada, has created an authentic Italian feast featuring: Ensalata di Burrata e Finochino, Sunchoke Veloute Soup, Duck & Mushroom Ricotta Crown Pasta, Beef Osso-Bucco, Classic Tiramisu
Special guest - Rosa Skrade, Certified Specialist of Wine, will present and pour four Italian wines to pair with each course.
