Michelin-starred Chef Sujan Sarkar of Indienne joins Jean Banchet Award nominee Chef Sahil Sethi for a September dinner defined by global talent and bold vision. Sarkar, the force behind Indienne and acclaimed concepts including Sifr, BAAR, and ROOH, returns with Sethi, whose résumé includes Noma, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, ROOH, Sifr, and Indienne. Ticket includes a multi-course tasting menu, gratuity, farm tour, live music, and bonfire with s’mores, weather permitting.
