While Chef Sujan is in New York opening E, his highly anticipated new restaurant, Chef Sahil and the SIFR team will bring their shared creative vision to the farm. Together, their experience spans some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens and concepts, including Noma, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, Indienne, ROOH, SIFR, BAAR, and E.
