Join us for another wonderful Sunday afternoon celebrating the connection of fine wine and superb music. This program will feature winemaker Pavle Milic presenting five Los Milics wines for you to taste. Musician and impresario Shawn Campbell will introduce the musicians and five musical selections inspired by the wines. Wine Notes kicks off Valentine’s week at Los Milics, making it the perfect early Valentine’s date for friends and loved ones.
Featured artists are: Max Adler, principal oboe, Tucson Symphony Orchestra; Michael Becker, principal trombone, Tucson Symphony Orchestra and UA Music faculty; Ian Jones, assistant principal cello, Tucson Symphony Orchestra; Alexander Lipay, principal flute, Tucson Symphony Orchestra ;Rie Tanaka, pianist and UA Music faculty; with Shawn Campbell, New Paradigm Chamber Artists co-founder and horn player, Arizona Opera, and formerly of Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
