GRILLED OYSTERS
Tasso ham butter. Chive.
SHE CRAB SOUP
Fresh crab. Shellfish stock. Touch of cream. Splash of sherry. Oyster crackers.
MINI SHRIMP BOIL
- Smoked house sausage, shrimp, potato, corn, spices.
- Field pea salad with celery, shaved pepper, doenjang vinaigrette.
- Carolina red rice.
