Chef Keiji's mentor chef Kunihide Nakajima from Nakaji NYC will be back in Seattle and together we will make this fundraiser event to support PANAMA HOTEL in Japan town in Seattle, where solo owner Jan Johnson is working hard to preserve the history of Japanese Americans in Seattle.
This time, Chef Nakajima's cousin and also sushi chef, Naritoshi Oyakata from Yakko Sushi in Tokyo joins us and the three sushi chefs will make sushi together.
One ticket comes with one set of sushi for one person traditionally; it's called -５巻チャンチキ-Gokan Chanchiki, that consists of 5 sushi and two small rolls. This time, we put together the set using Bluefin Tuna.
You can either take it home or eat at Panama Hotel Cafe, while enjoying their great selections of Tea, or Sake and other cocktails. In the cafe, there are many displays of Japanese American history and we want to invite you to spend time exploring!
