Set against the golden backdrop of our vineyard lawn, our Salt & Honey Dinner is a refined, open-air culinary experience in collaboration with Jacobsen Sea Salt. This five-course dinner explores the interplay between Jacobsen’s handcrafted finishing salts and our estate-harvested honey, each course thoughtfully composed to highlight the nuance, texture, and complexity of these elemental ingredients.
From bright, crystalline salinity to warm, floral sweetness, each dish will be paired with our limited-production, single-vineyard wines, selected to elevate and echo the flavors of the plate. Expect a progression that is both elegant and expressive, where every bite and sip tells a story of place, craftsmanship, and season.
Throughout the evening, guests will also gain insight into the vital role our on-site apiary plays in the health of our vineyard ecosystem. Our resident bees not only produce the honey featured in this experience, but also contribute to biodiversity and vine vitality through pollination of cover crops, an essential, often unseen force behind the character and balance of our wines.
