Join us for a Magdalena's paella party on the patio featuring local author Celestina Blok and her latest release, Cowtown Comfort: Fort Worth Recipes, Places, and Food Traditions. The cookbook features more than 60 Fort Worth-based recipes from beloved chefs, bakers, bartenders, pitmasters, and food artisans. Guests will get to experience authentic Spanish paella from Magdalena's exec-chef Juan Rodriguez, who's paella recipe is featured in Cowtown Comfort. The event will feature a short book talk and Q&A with the author and chef Rodriguez, with a book signing to follow. (Books will be available for purchase on-site. Book purchase not required.)
