Join us for a multi-course pairing dinner celebrating the bold flavors of Mexico. From aguachile negro with pickled okra to grilled lamb with hoja santa, fried oysters with kaffir lime, pressed pork belly with Medjool date mole, and sweet pumpkin empanadas—each dish is thoughtfully paired with distinctive Mexican spirits for a truly immersive culinary journey.
Please note: This dinner is a curated pairing experience. Outside beverages (BYOB) are not permitted, as each course is thoughtfully matched with selected Mexican spirits.
