The Marble Room Wine Dinner Series is proud to present our next special event! This is our first ever "series within a series" of wine dinners. This year, we will be hosting 4 separate wine dinners with Caymus Vineyards - one per quarter, to honor the flavors, ingredients, and magic of each season. Our third dinner will honor Autumn and it's bounty. We honor the harvest and all of it’s warm flavors.
Join us for an evening inside a former bank vault that once held the fortunes of Cleveland - where this Autumn, we're telling the story of a family who bet everything on a single valley and never looked back.
In 1857, Chuck Wagner's great-great-grandfather captained a wagon train from Missouri to California. In 1972, a nineteen-year-old Chuck said yes to building a winery on that same land with nothing but Rutherford soil and four generations of stubbornness.
What followed was the 2020 Special Selection - the only wine in the world named Wine Spectator Wine of the Year twice. A brand new release of Caymus’s Zinfandel, the first in Northern Ohio. A seventeen year-apart vertical of the 2006and 2023 Caymus Cabernet, poured side by side so you can taste what almost two decades does to a wine this bold. We look forward to welcoming you to this spectacular evening.
