A collaborative supper club between Tim Anderson & Matsudai Ramen to celebrate the release of Tim's new book 'Ramen Forever'
Each ticket includes a starter, ramen (we will be in touch to take your order in advance), dessert and a drink. The theme is fire.
Veggie / vegan option available. Please note that sittings are between 6-9.30pm, despite the ticket stating 6pm. We'll be in touch to arrange a time with you in due course. We will do our best to accommodate timing requests but are unable to make guarantees.

Tim Anderson: “I’ve been obsessed with ramen for 20 years, and I’ve been making it for roughly half of those years. _Ramen Forever _ is an attempt to document what I’ve learned along the way – a compilation of successful recipes that came after countless failures and mistakes. Learning about ramen is a journey that never, ever ends. And I am happy to continue that journey alongside Matsudai, who have made all of us in the UK up our ramen game!”
